{ Part I & II }

( the HD option is available on the videos )

About "our" Greece and Arab world latter-day,
(since and till today).

O X I

Based on recorded rehearsal's material, with various instrumental ensembles, from this last years (on private recorded archives-mozaÏk never released),
decomposed, recomposed, just a fragment, a movement, a note,
a massive part, a shadow, sand, luciole(s).
With and about written-musical material, electronics processed things, sonic-object, field-recording's instant, sampled-speech-fragments, and many various perceptions. (with musical-paper, computer, Nagra(s) IV-S, microphones, voci, instruments, vintage-samplers, transducers, flash, etc..).
With special and wonderful guests.

{Studio version}

composed between august and december 2015

Christophe Guiraud : Composition(s), Cello's, Voices, Chorus, Citharra, Flash, Guitars, etc..

• Micha Grébil's bowed-Cister recorded beauty-comprovisation {4:23 ---> 6:30}.
• Christian Vasseur's prepared acoustic guitar recorded session {pretty much everywhere into the piece, in little various fragments}.

• the unknown shaman (and Florian Gerbaud), in the middle of a winter night (2014), on the street, scream and societal-procession, modern distress {7:32 ---> 8:54}.

Part II   (Odysseus, Kissed skin)  (towards and about 130 people) :
Special moved thanks to,
• Abdul Rahman and Paula Kembora, narrator Voci about Iliad, classical-Arabic and ancient-Greek {2:06 —> 6:19}
• Benjamin Glorieux 's smoldering and sensitive Cello playing {10:02 ---> 11:19}.
• Matthias Boss 's harsh and emotional Violin playing {10:02 ---> 11:19}.
• Manfred Langhoff's reading-voce about Homère's Odysseus {12:50 ---> 16:40} (recorded session by Caspar Langhoff).
• Christian Vasseur's prepared acoustic guitar recorded session {pretty much everywhere into the piece, in little various fragments, but specifically 16:11—> 21:45, the Gong-and-rubbed acoustic guitar}.

Quotations/Citations :
Carlo Gesualdo’s extact / Tenebrae factae sunt (Vème mvnt) {4:50 —> 7:54}.

Part III :
….in progress. Will be a Strings-quintet with transducers (no speakers), tapes & feedback(s) { where all sounds radiated from the same resonating body. Each instrument could be considered as a "transmitter/receiver" device, a resonant body, and an organic-feedback box }. Coming soon, live.
